Alongside the weather, Steffan has developed into a documentary presenter and has, to-date, co-produced and presented the below factual documentaries for S4C:

Everest Steff a Daf (2017) – Factual documentary looking at the connection between Wales, and the world’s highest mountain – Everest. Here, we follow the Everest Base Camp trail up the Khumbu valley before reaching Everest Base Camp. Along the way we meet some of the incredible people and communities of the khumbu valley, and look at what impact climate change has on the Khumbu and surrounding glaciers of the region.

Crwydro Clwyd (2018) – From the Clwydian Hills to the Irish Sea, the Clwyd Valley is full of history and character. In this one-off special we covered the heavy industry of the past to green energy of the future. From the agricultural communities deep in the valley to the entertainment shows by the seaside – this special has got something for everyone!

Newid Hinsawdd Newid Byd (2019) – Climate change as a result of global warming is the biggest threat to mankind during the 21st Century. Here, we look back at a year of extreme weather during 2018, and what the potential consequences are for Wales in the face of Climate Change. Further, we meet some of the pioneering scientists at the forefront of research into the changing climate, and look at the technology that’s being developed in Wales to try and combat the changing climate – A documentary that was later nominated for a Royal Television Award.

Y Berwyn (2019) – Often overlooked due to its rugged terrain, The Berwyn Mountain range sits to the south-east of Snowdonia. In this one-off documentary, we scaled the range’s highest mountain, visited Wales’ highest waterfall, heard tales from the land including a UFO citing, to the communities and families that call ‘Y Berwyn‘ home.
